By booking a hotel or tour through our website (www.mcktravel.com) or in person, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Service Definition
MCK Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel providers (hotels, tour operators, and service providers). Each booking (hotel, tour, or other services) is processed separately and not as a package holiday. Unless sepcified. 
Upon booking, confirmation and payment details will be sent to the contact details provided by the customer.
 
3. Booking and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is made and confirmation is issued.
Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received.
MCK Travel does not control or guarantee pricing, availability, or changes made by third-party providers.
Local taxes (e.g., city tax, resort fees) may not be included in the booking price and are payable directly at the hotel.
 
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
Cancellation policies vary per service provider. Customers must review and accept the cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the provider's terms, and MCK Travel is not responsible for delays in refund processing.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
 
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate personal details, including correct names matching passport details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check visa requirements, passport validity, and entry restrictions for the booked destination.
MCK Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to visa/passport issues.
 
6. Liability and Disclaimer
MCK Travel is not liable for any cancellations, modifications, or service failures by third-party providers, including hotels, tour operators, or transportation services.
We are not responsible for force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or travel restrictions.
Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for coverage on unforeseen circumstances.

MCK Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers should review them before booking.
